Ray joined the industry in November 1972.  In May 1982 he joined Kelly Partners that has since matured with Rays assistance into Kelly Jenkins De Mel.

Ray has 5 long term foster children aged between 32 and 45 and he has two daughters aged 17 and 19.

Interests:

Ray is a supporter of Plymouth Argyle and a keen angler.
