Background

Elaine spent 10 years within the construction and facilities management industry working in a wide variety of roles around the UK.  Much of her experience has been around the implementation of new back office systems or the review and subsequent improvement of existing systems.

Elaine is married with a daughter and lives in East Devon.

Interests

As well as running and swimming Elaine enjoys spending as much time as possible at home with her family and their array of cats and chickens.
